TERROIR
We buy grapes from neighboring winemakers on predominantly clay-limestone soils.
IN THE VINEYARD
The vines are cultivated according to time-honored practices, always with the utmost respect for the environment.
VINIFICATION
Vinification with very little extraction; the goal is to express the fruit: short macerations (around ten days).
AGING
Aged in cement tanks to preserve the fruit.

TASTING
A true Pinot Noir, full of charm and delicacy. On the nose, you'll find aromas of cherry and morello cherry; on the palate, abundant fruit and a light structure with supple tannins.
