Vinexpo Asia will be open to visitors:
Tuesday 26 May | 9:30am - 6:30pm
Wednesday 27 May | 9:30am - 6:30pm
Thursday 28 May | 9:30am - 5:30pm
(Special opening and closing times exclusively for exhibitors)
The entry badge is mandatory for accessing the event and for moving around the exhibition. This badge is strictly personal.
The identity of participants can be checked at the entrance. Stations to collect your badge will open at 9:00 am.

The Vinexpo Asia exhibition floor plan shows:
• Entrances and exits
• Reception and registration desks
• Information desks
• Catering areas
• Themed areas
• Other services (car parks, cloakrooms, luggage storage…)
For security and visitor comfort reasons, any hand luggage exceeding 55cm x 35cm x 25cm (cabin size) must be left at the cloakroom at the entrance of the show.
Prohibited Items at Vinexpo Asia
To ensure everyone’s safety and comfort, the following items are strictly prohibited on site.
• Weapons, Tools and Pyrotechnics: Weapons of any kind (sharp objects, firearms), any flammable or explosive pyrotechnic items, construction tools or equipment. Sharp objects or items that could be used as projectiles.
• Consumables: Alcoholic beverages, glass bottles, narcotics or illegal substances, flammable or hazardous materials, aerosol sprays, candles.
• Personal Protection Equipment: motorcycle helmets, personal mobility devices (motorised or not).
• Other Prohibited Items: full-face masks, protest or demonstration materials.
