The terroirs from which this Chardonnay originates are located between the Pyrenees to the south and the Black Mountains to the north, in a region with a cool climate. This unique climate for the Mediterranean region, with its sunny and warm days balanced by cool winds and low nighttime temperatures, produces exceptional wines.

TASTING NOTES
A beautiful pale gold color, a nose with aromas of stone fruit, white flowers, oak (reminiscent of malolactic fermentation, but the remaining acidity is sufficient to maintain balance), and notes of ginger. The palate is fresh and lively, with abundant flavors of nectarines, peaches, and juicy citrus. Generous length with a delicate texture and a flinty minerality.
FOOD PAIRINGS
Raw or lightly cooked shellfish such as crab and shrimp, steamed or grilled fish, and fish terrines.
