This micro cuvée of around 3,000 bottles offers strong identity and storytelling value, making it ideal for premium restaurant programs and specialist retailers seeking distinctive southern French wines with authenticity and aging potential.
Carignan 60% + Grenache Noir 40%
The vines grow on the southern slopes of the Alaric Mountains on sandstone and clay limestone soils, where old vines between 50 and 60 years old produce naturally concentrated fruit. Hand harvested grapes ferment with indigenous yeasts and undergo gentle maceration before aging partly in stainless steel and partly in seasoned barrels.
The palate reveals dark plum, blackberry, licorice, spice, and tapenade with refined tannins and impressive depth. The wine earned 94 points from Jeb Dunnuck and 94.5 from Le Figaro.
