Its layered texture and clear varietal expression make it an appealing option for seafood driven cuisine, contemporary dining, and wine by the glass selections.
Roussanne 75% + Marsanne 15% + Grenache Blanc 10%
The vines grow on clay limestone terraces typical of Corbières, with parcels over 50 years old contributing depth and concentration. A gentle cold skin maceration, native yeast fermentation, and full malolactic fermentation build texture, followed by aging in demi muids and oak barrels.
The palate reveals ripe apple, peach pit, citrus zest, herbs, and subtle spice with a creamy, mineral finish. The wine earned 93 points from Decanter and strong recognition from Wine Enthusiast and James Suckling.
