DBGitalia Ltd. offers classic Italian fine wines that have been selected by David Berry Green (DBG) & are available Excellars Worldwide. DBGitalia’s mission is to match producers & their wines with suitable importers & distributors; to find them a good home.

> David Berry Green (DBG) – Il Fondatore – former buyer at Berry Bros. & Rudd, has twenty years’ experience in the industry; fifteen of which as a buyer of Italian wines.

DBGitalia is based in London (UK) but since 2009 DBG has been living in the Langhe, travelling between Barolo & the London headquarters, & building relationships with up & coming producers as well as with more established cantine. DBGitalia brings together a ‘family’ of classic fine wine producers with a focus on Piedmont, but also including producers from other regions of Italy.

> Lucy Barlow has always had a passion for fine wine, tasting from an eclectic mix of wines from the family cellar from a relatively early age, encouraged by a wine buff father.

After studying French and Russian at Oxford, Lucy started in the wine trade working at Domaine Direct, subsequently moving to Bibendum, where she gained experience in both retail and agency and ran Bibendum Direct. She completed her WSET diploma with scholarships in both parts including the Moet & Chandon prize.
