From our rocky vineyard in Platania at 400m altitude, comes this iconic and specially aged Cabernet Franc.
Tasting notes:
Color: Very dark deep red
Aroma: Violet, blackcurrant, mint, cedar
Taste: Robust structure and full body, very good concentration of black fruit. Ripe tannins leading to a very long finish
Food pairing:
In its youth, this wine fits with robust, savoury dishes such as sirloin steak or breast duck. As it matures, it pairs exceptionally well with refined selections like fillet steak or roast rack of lamb.
