Winemaker Note
The finest parcel of Chardonnay from our growers is reserved for this wine — sourced in 2025 from the White Rock vineyard in Tasmania’s North West. Fruit was harvested on April 12th at 12.3 Baume. Whole bunch pressed directly to barrel where it was naturally fermented and matured (30% new). It underwent malolactic fermentation during ten months of lees ageing. Bottled unfined and filtered.

Great power and intensity with grapefruit and white stone fruits leading the way, balanced by cool acidity and a subtle savoury edge.
