Winemaker Note
The finest parcel of Pinot Noir from our growers is reserved for this wine — sourced in 2025 from the White Rock vineyard in Tasmania’s North West. Fruit was harvested on April 19th at 12.6 Baume. Whole berries were fermented for 20 days, with gentle daily pumpovers during peak ferment (5–6 in total). It was pressed to and matured in oak for ten months (30% new). Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Tasting Note
A bright, pure wine with a complex edge. Red fruits, silky tannins and earthy notes build through a long, structured finish.
