Pale pink color, expresses floral, almond and toast aromas on the nose. On the palate, it offers a great mineral power characteristic of the terroir, ending with notes of fresh red fruits. Perfect with grilled fish, for example langoustine with paprika cooked on the barbecue.
Should be served between 10 to 12° Celsius and has a cellaring potential of 2 to 3 years.
