Our Chablis Cuvée 1975 is a unique selection, this year being the birth year of Céline, Frédéric and our beloved Chablis vines. This cuvée is very dear to our hearts and offers us aromas of beautiful complexity. A bright yellow color, a fine and very fruity nose reminiscent of white-fleshed fruits and citrus fruits. Round and mineral in the mouth, it offers us a beautiful length.
Should be served between 10 to 12° Celsius and has a cellaring potential of 5 to 10 years
