This estate is born from the love story of Charles and Amélie - two children of the vine, from complementary worlds. Charles comes from the Sparr family, wine merchants in Alsace since 1887. Amélie grew up at Domaine Buecher-Fix, where her family has farmed organically since 1997 and biodynamically since 2003 — long before it became a selling point.
What they built together is quietly remarkable : twenty hectares spread across ten villages, half of which are Grands Crus - Hengst, Brand, Mambourg, Furstentum, Sporen, Schoenenbourg - all hillside, all hand-harvested, rooted in a mosaic of terroirs ranging from granite to muschelkalk, clay-limestone to gypsum.
Their wine reflects who they are : precise, terroir-driven wines with a clear Alsacian identity, fermented on native yeasts, aged in stainless steel and cask, produced with full control fromvine to bottle.
