A rising star in Touraine, this estate is renowned for its Sauvignon, Côt, Pineau d’Aunis, and exceptional Sélections Parcellaires of Chenin, all showcasing remarkable purityand precision.
After taking over in 2015, Jean-Baptiste Bonnigal and Stéphane Bodet made a bold decision to downsize the estate from 80 to 43 hectares (two-thirdswhite, one-third red), prioritizing quality and transitioning to organic /biodynamic farming.
Longtime school friends, they brought complementary expertise—Stéphane from Saint-Émilion and Jean-Baptiste from working with François Chidaine—to breathe new life into the domaine.
Its growing reputation is reflected in its first star in the 2025 Revue des Vins de France guide, along with praise from Wine Advocate and other leading publications—solidifying its place among the Loire’s most exciting producers.
