Spanish gin produced in Jerez de la Frontera, following the traditional method and with a careful selection of natural botanicals.
Alcohol content: 37.5% Vol
It is crystal-clear and brilliant to the eye, with silvery highlights. Clean and exceptionally clear.
On the nose, it has a fresh and fragrant opening. The calamansi is immediately apparent, with an exotic citrus profile reminiscent of a blend of mandarin and lime. It brings subtlety, with fresh and elegant nuances. There are hints of soft botanical notes of juniper and a slightly floral undertone, whilst on the palate it is dominated by a vibrant and juicy acidity, well integrated with the alcohol. The texture is silky, with a clean and refreshing finish.
The finish is persistent, smooth and pleasant. The aftertaste leaves fresh citrus notes, with a gentle echo of juniper and a slightly bitter touch that invites another sip.
