Born from Australia's natural abundance, TANICA is short for "botanical." A modern aperitif at 17% ABV crafted with ingredients found nowhere else. At its heart is Davidson's Plum (the Ooray), certified organic and hand-harvested from a farm near Byron Bay, delivering bright ruby-red colour and bittersweetness. Native Strawberry Gum Leaf adds cherry aroma and complexity. Fresh orange and mint are distilled in the base spirit without ever coming in contact with boiling temperatures. Gentian and sugar are blended for balance. The result is a beautifully layered, uniquely Australian-style aperitif. Tart, fruity and fresh. Better, not bitter.
