The winery is based directly in Chablis, close to the vineyards of Chablis and Bourgogne/Yonne area, able to propose the 4 levels of Chablis and main AOC from Burgundy and specifically Yonne area

- our aim is to produce very good typicity-quality-price ratio wines

- we have a full cacacity of 11.000 hl with very large tanks to produce consistent blends all year through in our volume AOC like Petit Chablis, Chablis or Bourgogne and very small tanks for tiner AOC like Chablis Premier Cru or Grand Cru or St bris, Irancy...

- we have built long-term contracts for grapes producers to work on a consistent quality and typicity of our cuvées

- our winemaker has been working in the winery for more than 20 vintages. So he is very aware of the different style of vintages we might have to face and better able to adapt to the climate changes. Very committed to the style of the winery.

- we are a small but very dedicated team, able to react and adapt very quickly to our customers demands.
