Fibbiano is located in Tuscany, in the Pisa's Hills, an area which shows some significant Etruscan settlements. Fibbiano is a family-run farm, the whole family has lived and worked here since 1997. 

The estate includes 26 hectares of vineyards, grown following the principles of organic and sustainable farming. Cantoni’s family aim has always been producing high quality wines in unique terroirs, such as the pliocene soil rich of fossils of Pisa hills. Since the beginning in 1997 the focus has been on indigenous varieties, recovered from the 100 years old vineyard still producing excellent grape for our single vineyard wine Ceppatella. So we don’t produce Merlot, Cabernet or Chardonnay but Ciliegiolo, Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Colombana and Vermentino.

Furthermore, one year ago we launched our first line of products from the new estate in Sicily, on Etna Volcano.

A few years ago the Cantoni family arrived on Etna and found a unique environment. They decided to apply the same farming principles of Fibbiano also there and since then they acquired 10 hectares of vineyards in different “contradas” (sub-zones) on the northern slope of the volcano, in the municipality of Castiglione di Sicilia. The project is in progress and at the moment we released 3 wines: a red, a rosè and a white.
