Fruit of a long lineage of winemakers for more than 4 centuries, the Domaine du Père Caboche covers 74 hectares of vineyard owned by our family. Among the 31 hectares on Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation, our vineyard is mainly covered with rolled pebbles with the greatest density on the famous soil of “La Crau”. With the predilection for Grenache, this terroir contributes to the density and fullness of our wines. From the time I joined my father, 17 years ago, I have perpetuated all the work done by my ancestors on the estate. I also spend a large amount of time and energy to evolve more and more towards respect for the environment and people’s health. Emilie Boisson
