Located in Pézenas, in the South of France, Domaine Daurion is an organic wine estate rooted in volcanic and clay-limestone soils.

Founded and led by Laurent Doyle, the estate crafts contemporary wines driven by precision, freshness, and gastronomic balance.

Each cuvée is vinified parcel by parcel, using natural fermentations and refined aging methods such as amphora, sandstone jars, and concrete eggs, to preserve purity and express the identity of the terroir.
