In the Chianti region,spreding over 18 hectars,14 of which with vineyards,Colle Adimari is immersed in the typical tuscan rural landscape.The terroir is a perfect union between climate and ground and the complexity of the soil, partly sandy and partly calcareous and loamier, gives our wines a distinctive connotation, strenght and vitality. We are brother and sister; together we take care of the vineyards our grandfather passed on to us. Every year we dedicate ourselves to producing genuine wines linked to the land we grew up on. It is in this way that territory wines are produced, mainly Sangiovese with an eye to drinkability and the aromatic spectrum.
