Founded in 1947, Cincinnato is a leading winery from Cori, south of Rome, dedicated to the preservation and promotion of Lazio’s indigenous grape varieties.

Our identity is rooted in native grapes such as Bellone, Nero Buono, Cesanese and Greco Moro, grown on volcanic soils in an area with a long winemaking tradition. These varieties allow us to offer buyers distinctive Italian wines with a clear sense of origin and a strong point of difference in today’s competitive market.
