Since 1994, the Famille Rousselle-Riboud writes another page of Château Roubine’s history begun during the 14th century. Located in the heart of the Var, between Lorgues and Draguignan, the vineyard’s land forms a cirque bordered by pine trees and oaks on a chalk and clay soil. The Estate spreads over 130 hectares in one piece, 72 hectares of which are planted with vines. The vineyard benefits from very favorable conditions to produce wines of excellence in the three colors: a great diversity of grape varieties (thirteen), a natural drainage « Roubine » meaning stream in Provence dialect, a strong environmental approach of wine making. Certified in Organic Agriculture since 2017, the estate incorporate biodynamic practices at every stage of the viticulture and vinification process. In 1955, the Ministry of Agriculture awarded the title « Cru Classé » to the output of the Domaine.
