A wine for ageing understood from the point of respect; it captures all the different characteristics, of the vineyards it comes from, in the bottle. Selected vineyards in the area of Valladolid: Pagos ‘Las Comas’ and ‘Poza las Lobas’ (La Seca) with the characteristic gravelly soils of the area; and Pago ‘Las Castras’ (Villanueva de Duero), with pine forest sandy soil. Yield fewer than 4,800 kg/Ha. Manual harvest with double selection—field and winery. Aged for 18 months in concrete egg over its lees. Only 2643 bottles are filled with this collectable wine.
