
Australian Wine Pavilion Delivers a Compelling Snapshot of the Nation’s Wine Future

Shaped by vast distances, rugged landscapes and an abundance of rich, natural wonders, Australian wine is adventurous by nature, expressing innovation, freedom and a spirit of exploration. With more than 100 grape varieties grown across 65 wine regions, Australian wines are an authentic expression of place, reflecting diverse soils, climates, and the people who craft them.
The Australian Wine Pavilion at Vinexpo Asia brings together the depth, diversity and direction of Australian wine in one place, offering visitors a compelling reason to stop, taste and explore. Across 60 winery and regional booths, around 600 wines will be available to taste, providing a clear snapshot of Australia’s current wine landscape and where it’s headed next.
Diversity of regions, varieties and styles
Visitors can explore wines from regions across Australia, spanning globally recognised icons such as Barossa Valley, Margaret River, Tasmania, Clare Valley, McLaren Vale, Hunter Valley, and Yarra Valley, alongside emerging regions including Heathcote, Beechworth and Langhorne Creek.
The tasting line-up showcases familiar favourites such as Sparkling, Chardonnay, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon alongside varieties and styles gaining momentum such as Riesling, Pinot Grigio, Rosé, and lighter reds.
Wines aligned with today’s key trends
The Pavilion highlights wines that reflect evolving market and consumer preferences, from classic varieties with enduring relevance to regional wines with strong heritage, as well as certified organic and sustainably produced offerings. Lighter, fresher styles also feature prominently, responding to the growing demand for versatility, moderation and food-friendly drinking options.
