Callington Mill is a whisky distillery located in Oatlands Tasmania. We produce world class single Malt Whisky with Sherry and Port cask maturation at the heart of what we do. Our distillery is on a heritage site, where the origional Callington Mill windmill is still in operational condition, however our distillery is state of the art and produces our new make spirit with absolute flavour and precision.
