An average altitude of 725 meters above sea level, sheltered by the banks of the Gigüela river and influenced by an extreme continental Mediterranean climate with hot summers and cold winters, there is a natural site of 4,300 hectares of vineyards, owned by Bodegas Latúe, one of the largest organic wineries in Europe.

The unique conditions for growing grapes, provided by a scarce rainfall and stony coppery-brown soil on limestone, give the wines of Bodegas Latúe exceptional quality and an unrivaled personality.
