Created by the Abecassis family, ABK6 Cognac has embodied the soul of Single Estate Cognac for more than twenty years now.
Each plot, each terroir of Francis Abecassis estates has its own particularity, its own authenticity; and it is precisely through these skillfully cultivated differences that Francis Abecassis estates produce Cognacs of excellence.
The Abecassis family has brought together a collection of vineyards that they magnified over the years to produce unique cognacs: ABK6, LEYRAT, REVISEUR, GRANDS DOMAINES.
Exclusively produced from their own vines, ABK6 cognacs offer you a unique taste experience. The new ABECASSIS Cognac Grande Champagne collection is an expression of the Grande Champagne terroir, the premier cru of Cognac. Produced exclusively on the 165-hectare Abecassis vineyard, these 100% Grande Champagne Single Estate cognacs aim for one single goal: extracting the best from our estate with eaux-de-vie embodying power and elegance.

Independent and Family-run House in the Côte des Bar, Champagne.
Since 1808, the estate has remained in the hands of our family. Today, Michel Drappier, together with the 8th generation — Charline, Hugo (the winemaker) and Antoine — oversees the vineyard, the 12th-century cellar, and the entire house.
Cultivating all 8 grape varieties authorized by the appellation, our family produces an authentic Champagne that is vinous, with little or no dosage.
Our philosophy: to craft the kind of wine we love — one that showcases the singular character of the Côte des Bar grapes and its unique Jurassic Kimmeridgian limestone soils.
Domaine Cauhapé was created by Henri Ramonteu, an independent winegrower since 1980. Today considered to be a key reference in the Jurançon appellation. Located in the town of Monein near Pau, the estate produces great dry and sweet wines from rare grape varieties from the South-West. Refinement and aromatic expression are the two pillars that define Cauhapé wines. The vines are planted on clay-siliceous hillsides facing the Pyrenees and managed according to the principles of sustainable agriculture.
Wine producer from father to son since 1560, our estate is one of the largest private one of Burgundy with 196 hectares of vines on the following appellations: Petit Chablis with 29 hectares, Chablis with 121 hectares, we produce as well wines of Chablis issued of specific terroirs: Chablis La Vigne De La Reine, Chablis La Marche Du Roi and Chablis Le Carré De Cesar. We produce as well Chablis Vieilles Vignes issued of vines planted in 1905, 1926 and 1942. We vinify separatly a small parcel of vine planted in 1920: The Cuvee 1920. We are as well owner of Chablis Premier Cru: Fourchaume with 18 hectares, L'Homme Mort with 3,5 hectares, Vau De Vey with 8 hectares, Montée De Tonnerre with 2 hectares and Montmain with 0,54 hectares. We produce as well a blend of Chablis Premier Cru under the name: Reine Mathilde. We sell as well Chablis Grand Cru Vaudesirs. Our land are situed on the stippest sloaps of the area of Chablis, the most difficult to work but the most qualitative one. The vinification of our wines are in tanks and not in barrel to preserve the traditional natural flavors of Chablis. They are in the most prestigous wine list of France and in the world.
In Côte d’Or, established in the heart of the village of Saint-Aubin, our family has been cultivating exceptional terroirs since 1885. Our emblematic estate and its prestigious appellations allow us to highlight the purity of the fruit and reveal the unique character of our unique vineyards.
