Grapes are hand-picked in early stages of ripening to ensure an expressive acidity and gently pressed, utilising mainly free run juice to ensure a pale pink colour. Cold fermentation occurs in inert stainless-steel vessels to preserve the presence of aromatics. These winemaking techniques set a seal on a candy floss-like rosé that is the perfect accompaniment for a hot summer's day. With crispy, tart acidity reminiscent of Pink Lady apples, its aromas of gooseberry and passionfruit fill the air, balanced by a subtle mineral edge. The wine has intense fruity flavours, complemented by a smooth textured mouthfeel, prolonging the stimulating finish.
