Julien Pilon, inspired by his roots in the Rhône Valley, pursued a career in winemaking after working with notable vintners like Yves Cuilleron. In 2011, he established his own domain, initially producing wines in his parents' garage before acquiring vineyards and a cellar in Condrieu. His winery specializes in dry whites and precise reds from Northern Rhône, known for their terroir expression, balance, and finesse.

Grape Variety: 100% Viognier
Vineyard: This cuvée is a blend of grapes from five different terroirs within the appellation (Jeanraude, Verlieu, Peyrolland, Sainte Agathe, and Bassenon). The vineyards face south to southeast on steep slopes overlooking the Rhône. Planting densities are high, at 9,000 vines per hectare, and all work is done by hand.
Terroir: Granitic, sandy, shallow soil.
Winemaking: All parcels are harvested by hand and vinified separately. After pressing, the musts are rigorously clarified. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a low temperature and is slow, with complete malolactic fermentation.
Aging: 10 months in 225-liter barrels, approximately 10% of which are new oak.
Tasting notes: An elegant nose with prominent citrus notes, the palate offers a lovely savoriness, making it very easy to drink.
