Château Rives-Blanques is a hillside estate near Limoux acquired by the Bories family in 2021, where altitude, cool mountain air, and careful farming shape vibrant, terroir driven white wines.
Tres Pech is the estate’s signature Chardonnay, combining freshness, precision, and subtle oak complexity. Grown at altitude, it delivers a style that balances Mediterranean ripeness with Burgundian finesse, making it highly adaptable for restaurant programs and premium retail selections. The wine offers clarity of fruit, refined texture, and strong food compatibility.
Chardonnay 100%
The vineyards sit at 350 meters on glacial moraine mixed with clay, limestone pebbles, and sandy soils, where cool nights preserve acidity and aromatic precision. Hand harvested grapes are gently pressed, fermented slowly, and aged nine months in oak with bâtonnage to build texture and depth.
The palate reveals golden apple, pear, citrus zest, and delicate spice with a chalky tension and long finish. The wine earned 91 points from Andreas Larsson and strong recognition from James Suckling and Jancis Robinson.
