We are wine producers & cow-farmers at Château Carbonneau, a family vineyard in the appellation Sainte Foy - Côtes de Bordeaux in the Bordeaux Region. We are a French / New Zealand family of peasants - wine producers (23ha vines) and cow farmers (22ha for 27 cows), so we produce wine and meat on the property. My brother Pierre (33 years old) and myself - Hugo (35), are gradually taking over the family business that has been in the family since 4 generations. Pierre is the winemaker at Carbonneau and I cover the commercial part of the vineyard. We strive to make Terroir wines, of good quality / price ratio (90+ points Decanter, Wine Enthusiast, J. Suckling), reflecting the qualities of our vineyard and original (natural yeast, 100% Cab Franc in Burgundy bottle, fermentation and aging in demi-muids on the whites). Vineyard Management - Ethos: - Organic (Ecocert)
Located in the south of the Rhône Valley, Family Gassier offers handcrafted wines that reflect our cherished Rhône identity and the personality of the men and women who created them. We bring to market wines from our original estate called Château de Nages; the wines Michel and Tina craft in terroirs beyond the family’s vineyards; as well as collaborative wines from projects such as Halos de Jupiter. Our efforts have been recognized and today we are considered a reference of southern Rhone wines by Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate, the Wine Spectator, Bettane & Desseauve and Revue des Vins de France, among others.
The vineyard At the heart of an arid terroir dominated by the “Mourre Nègre”, the estate benefits from a particularly favourable environment for the vines. Our 15ha vineyard are planted on hillsides facing south and cleaned up by the mistral. Château Turcan is transmitted throughout the generations and the ancestral heritage is prominent in the winery and its products. The philosophy of our wines lies in the combination of modernity and tradition that gives our wines their personality. OUR COMMITMENTS A jealous care of the vine Thanks to the year-round work of our vineyard manager and cellar master, our vines receive a particular care. All stages of vine cultivation are carried out in respect of nature and environment. The pruning is severe; the thinning before the harvest is required to ensure optimal concentration and a controlled yield. Meticulous harvest The harvest is manual or mechanical according to the plot. It is done following a plan established after an analysis of each plot and based on the end result intended for its grapes. Manual sorting is done at the entrance of the cellar. A skilful winemaking process The winery has concrete and stainless steel vats and oak barrels. Macerations are controlled to extract the best juice. Few inputs are used. We seek maximum fruit concentration to match the quality required of the estate’s wines. An aging for a long keeping The wines matured in vats develop fruity and delicate aromatic notes as well as a beautiful freshness. Some of our wines are aged in oak barrels, which give them complexity, structure and the necessary stability for the keeping.

The estate of domaine du Château Philippe le Hardi is spread over an area of 98 ha stretching from the southern vineyards of Mercurey in Côte Chalonnaise up to the Grand Cru of Clos des Vougeot in Cote de Nuits. We own no less than 25 different appellations. A third of our estate is located in the Côte d’Or with vineyards in Chambolle-Musigny, Gevrey-Chambertin, Aloxe-Corton, Beaune 1er Cru, St Aubin, Pommard, …. and the rest is located in the up and coming appellation of Mercurey.
The castle was once the residence of the Duke of Burgundy Philippe Le Hardi (Philippe the Bold) (1342-1404), who was the first and foremost ambassador of Burgundy and its great wines. Conscious that wine was not just a mere beverage, in 1395, he issued an edict banishing the Gamay grape in favor of the Pinot noir. To this day, Pinot noir is still the grape used for all burgundy’s flagship red wines.
The estate was converted to sustainable farming in 2004, Terra-vitis certified, and HVE3 in 2016. Since august 2024, the domaine is certified organic. We apply practices which respect the environment. Our goal is to maintain life in the soil and maximum empressize each plot’s terroir in the wines produced there. Each Parcel is vinified separately to transmit the full expression of the terroir.
A modern and advanced winery welcome our grapes, with gentle extraction for respecting the terroir of each parcel
We will be pleased to meet you, don't hesitate to come to see us !
Maison Camille Giroud is one of Burgundy's most respected négociant-éleveurs, known for its commitment to tradition, patience, and the authentic expression of terroir. Located in the heart of Beaune, it is a "boutique" house that prioritizes quality and longevity over mass production.
Founded in 1865 by Camille Giroud, the Maison remained family-owned for over a century. It gained a legendary reputation for its "old-school" winemaking style—producing powerful, tannic wines that required decades of cellar aging to reach their peak.
In 2002, the house was purchased by a group of investors led by Ann Colgin (of Napa Valley’s Colgin Cellars). This transition brought modern sensibilities to the winery while fiercely guarding its historic soul.
The Maison is famous for its minimalist intervention and careful sourcing of grapes from some of the finest climats in the Côte d'Or.
Maison Saint Aix is a premium winery in the Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence region of Provence, France, located 25 km from the capital of Provence, Aix-en-Provence. Mediterranean sunshine and cool breezes shape wines of elegance and freshness.
Set on one of the highest vineyards in the appellation, at around 420 m altitude, the estate benefits from cool nights that help preserve vibrant aromatics and balance in the grapes. With 75 hectares of vines, it is best known for its signature AIX Rosé - a pale, refined Provençal rosé that captures the character of its terroir with bright fruit, crisp acidity, and graceful mineral notes.
In recent years, the estate has also expanded its portfolio with an aromatic and refreshing white wine, AIX White, and an exceptional expression within the IGP Méditerranée appellation, Saint X Rosé.
Most recently, the winery introduced BEAU VIVA, an award-winning non-alcoholic sparkling rosé.
