<Introduction of Company>
A Beautiful Company
Established in 1950, Bohae expects to soon become a century old spirit company. At Bohae, we not only hope to be a company with tradition, but with beauty. We will go beyond a company that provides good alcohol but one that provides beautiful memories and bliss.
A Community-minded Company
Bohae pursues to create a healthy community. Since 1981, Bohae Scholarship Association has provided annual scholarships to local students. Bohae also has been running a volunteer group since 2006 in collaboration with local students to fulfill our communal responsibilities. Bohae will always strive to create a healthy community, so not only our teams can work rewardingly but so that the entire community we serve can be happier.
A Transforming Company
Since its founding, Bohae has consistently been at the front line, making strenuous efforts to present innovative products and to create new culture; from “Bohae Soju,” using three of the world’s greatest salts to capture the bitter taste of soju, “Matchsoon,” made from the Maesil (Korean plum) we grow and harvest ourselves in Haenam, Jeollanam-do, “Bohae Bokbunjajoo,” the symbolic bokbunjajoo (a wine-like liquor made from Korean black raspberry), to “Brother Soda,” which virally swept the young culture with the first low ABV spiked RTD. Bohae strives not only to make good spirits but to create new cultures that will step-by-step transform the world.
