Drawing on the April 2026 YouGov consumer survey, this session provides an in‑depth analysis of purchase and consumption behaviours across Hong Kong and China’s Tier 1 cities—Beijing, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Shanghai, and Shenzhen.
The presentation will go beyond surface‑level trends to examine the underlying drivers shaping consumer decision‑making, including value perception, channel preference and changing consumption occasions. It will compare behavioural patterns and attitudinal shifts across demographic segments, identifying where behaviours are converging versus diverging.
